Community Scholarship Application

Please answer the application questions to the best of your abilities. Incomplete or late entries will not be considered. The scholarships are for 1- $5000 and 3- $1,000. A total of four scholarships will be awarded. Please note that the scholarship is both need-based and merit-based. The deadline to submit the entire application is May 13th. Don't forget to submit your high school transcript, a letter of recommendation, and your verification of enrollment to a university or community college.
